MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

TAX CHARGES

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent (eg. for our Newsletter). We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us by simply clicking on the ”Unsubscribe” link in our emails.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Blumoose Studio does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
