SHIPPING POLICY
STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard delivery is free of charge if you spend over £5 (whoop whoop!)
Otherwise there is a small charge to cover costs. Items are shipped Second Class via Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch most orders within 1 working day but please allow extra time, just in case.
Custom items will take longer to dispatch, usually 5-10 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive. Although it’s usually only 2-3 working days. Please note that this is a non-trackable service. You will receive an email confirming when we have dispatched your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard delivery to Europe is estimated at 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Standard delivery to the Rest of the World is estimated at 5-7 working days after dispatch.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We work hard to make sure everyone is 100% in love with their purchase but if you are not completely happy you can return it to us, within 14 days of receipt.

Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused items.
